The apartment building is fine considering the options in the area and the price. The trash in the parking lot is occasionally an issue and the laundry room downstairs is not well kept. Otherwise, the units are pretty big with lots of closet space, with no bugs, and no major maintenance issues. Maintenance issues are handled within 24-72 hours and proper notice is given. Pets are allowed with a fee. Parking is free in the lot, but you can opt for an assigned space for a fee. There is a gym with lots of machines and free weights. The building is close to a Wawa but not close to any healthy food options.
