Anthony Wayne Drive Apartments

I feel super safe living here. there is a front desk attendant working 24 hours a day. To bring a guest up to your apartment, a pass is required. There is a corner study room with many windows at the end of the hall on each floor. Lovely view of the city and Ambassador bridge!

Good facilities, living with undergrads can be a bit annoying sometimes but overall very nice

Great location. Only a 5 minute walk to the law school. Close to Midtown and not a far walk to the Q-line for free public transport. Access to on-campus gym. Pets are allowed. Rooms are spacious. Restrictive in terms of guests. Packages and mailroom are not the most efficient.

Its convenient and dope.

The apartment itself is pretty nice but it is exactly like a dorm. Additionally, you can find a much cheaper apartment with a lot more space. The closet space is nonexistent which makes it much more difficult to keep the room organized.

I enjoy the view I have being on the upper floors of the structure, however it is one of the more expensive living experiences at Wayne. The elevators have gone out multiple times in the two years I've been here and recently we've gone days without functioning washers and dryers.

I like that it's only a short walk to campus and the opportunity to interact with other Law students in the building. Future students should be made aware that AWD follows the undergraduate's academic calendar, which can lead to hefty fees if you need to extend your time in the apartment for finals or another reason. Additionally, it is still student housing so even older students in Grad School are expected to follow the guidelines as undergrads which can be frustrating.
