Good quiet neighborhood

It’s a really nice and quiet neighborhood, pretty safe besides some petty car theft. Goodwood is a really nice side of town, not to crowded with undergrads and gives you an opportunity to live in Baton Rouge instead of in the shadows of campus.

Quiet Neighborhood

I really enjoy living here. I bought in this complex last summer and most of the neighbors are nice. Be warned though the HOA is strict and fairly rude to anyone under about 40. But the neighborhood is really nice and quiet, lots of old beautiful trees and architecture
