609 S Henderson St Review
I have lived here all three years of law school. Of course, renting companies are never perfect but I have not had really any major issues. I think it is one of the best apartments near the law school. You are a 5 min walk to the law school 7-10 min walk from Kirkwood/Square, you have in-unit washer dryers, dish washer, big walk in closet, and good size bathroom. It is overall pretty spacious. Plus, many law students live there and I have never really had an issue with noise (maybe 2-3 days out of 3 years). It is dog friendly, also it shares a parking lot with the Elm (great restaurant with walk up coffee bar). Overall, would recommend.

Modern Apartment, Close to the Law School
This apartment is probably the newest and most modern in the neighborhood directly south of law school. Many law students live here. It has in-unit washer and dryer, granite counters, and huge floorplans. Mine is a one bedroom that really should have been a 2 bedroom. You can pay for covered parking that is connected to the building--no need to go fully outside. The walk to school is about 5-7 minutes. It definitely costs more than other apartments, but it is worth it in my opinion.

Safe but Expensive
I loved this apartment. It was small, but very safe and nice. It was new and looked nice as well. There were cameras in the hallways and you needed a fob to get into the building. I had to pay for electricity and parking. Parking was $65/month for an uncovered spot. It was only a 5 minute (if that) walk to the law school.

Excellent
I have had an extremely good experience in this apartment building. This building that Pavilion has managed is an ideal place for law students.
