Oakbrook: Pretty Good

Very quiet, woodsy apartment close to main campus; 10 minute drive to the law school (15 with morning traffic); walking distance to Ben Hill Griffin for gamedays; have to pay extra for pets

Oakbrook Walk

The price is good for a 2/2 - especially because all utilities and internet, cable, and parking are included. I live in an updated apartment within the complex, but there are also non-updated cheaper apartments available. They are flexible with grad student schedules and do not require a hard move in date based on the undergraduate calendar. Additionally, the appliances, countertops, and floors/carpeting are wonderful, but the quality of the walls, painting, and other structural components such as gaps between cabinets and counters are 3/10.
