Good for the price
It's an old building, so it's old appliances, not an updated kitchen, and I've experienced some pest problems a few times. But it's very close to my school and it's very central to so many amenities, which is really nice. Management is in the building and they are very nice. They always fix any problems I bring up with them, but sometimes it can take a while depending on the problem. Good place to be if you are looking for something cheap.
