Very Nice
I love it here - manager lives on site and is very friendly. Not many students and clean premises. 5-10 minute drive from campus.

It's an okay experience overall
Living here is okay overall, with a mix of pros and cons. It is very close to campus (even walkable, about 25-30 minute walk to Anderson), has in-unit laundry, 1 tandem parking spot included (fits 2 cars), the price is somewhat low for the area (though the lease was started when rent were lower overall), and our unit is relatively large (900sf for 1b1b).
The biggest con is that the soundproofing is terrible. Particularly between floors. We can hear everything our upstairs neighbor says and does. Pets are also allowed in all units and it seems like there are no weight restrictions, so we can hear our neighbor playing fetch inside with her dog late into the night. Another con is that while management is friendly, it's to the point that the manager does not enforce the community rules. The manager will not enforce the quiet hours in the lease, doesn't enforce non-smoking rules, and also allows people to hoard items in their parking spots, so the parking garage is basically one big fire hazard.
Basically, if you are not very sensitive to noise or smoke, this is a great place to live. If you are even slightly sensitive, we do not recommend living here.
