Top class apartment
Staff are nice, everything is managed and clean, separate delivery pickup room, laundry room. PTACs are in every unit. Two pets are allowed, but additional fee is required for dogs. Separate gym/pool/parking memberships are available too. No vermin or pest issues, which were present in all other Jersey City options I personally checked. The campus is 1 mile walking distance, and the Light Rail to Hoboken/Jersey City stops right nearby. The kitchen is a little cramped and no bathtub, but otherwise everything is good that I’m signing for another year.
