Great location, Terrible management

Very close to Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, and easy access to Metrorail. Management is non-existent and incompetent.

Zoi House Review

Incredible location across the highway from Coconut Grove and walking distance from public transportation. Building is new, but poorly constructed. It has many structural flaws. Location is the best part of the building
