Good building poor management

This building is good but nothing to get excited about. Pros: close to downtown, access to public transportation, and stores in close proximity. Cons: close to a dangerous neighborhood, management is poor, gym is small, package room is a disaster zone, close to I-95 (lots of noise/pollution).

Insanely expensive but strategic location

Soleste is right next to a metro stop and the highway so its 20 min to campus, 35-45 to fort lauderdale, and like 9-10 minutes to any major part of miami
