Attentive landlords, pretty spacious
I've enjoyed living here. It's really easy to put in work orders and since management lives on the property, they stop by quickly. The apartments are pretty updated but the kitchen could probably be a little nicer. But there is a fan for the stove, oven, and fridge that works. The units don't come with a microwave, but there's plenty of space to get your own or just heat things up in other ways. There is a lot of closet space and cabinet space in the bathroom area and the kitchen.
I don't always get a lot of sunlight depending on where your room faces because the only windows opens out to the hallway everyone walks by. Overall, I have had a great experience and will be renewing.

Good for people who want to live alone. Much quieter than Terrace and within about the same walking distance. Building is aesthetically pleasing with free underground parking. Management is responsive and lives nearby.
