Great neighborhood & price for any health student/professional
Living in Kerrytown has been great because the apartment is within walking distance of the hospital, med school, and downtown. The apartment itself is very basic- nothing fancy about it. However, it has been totally great for student living with a good amount of room for having friends over, and it's basically the cheapest rent I've been able to find for a true 1BR in Kerrytown, especially considering parking is included with laundry on premises, and water/gas included.

The cheapest 1BR I could afford in Kerrytown
For size and layout the apartment is fine, but it has very limited storage space and no dishwasher. Also, the landlords are not very great or responsive to upkeep. If I could afford a better place or didn't really want to be in this neighborhood, I would move.

Perfect location!
Excellent location, 5-10 minutes walking to med school and 15 minutes from hospital itself. Near farmer's market and downtown area. Landlord was amazing and very responsive. Bathroom with two sinks, huge closet space for both myself and my roommate
