Love this Apartment

This apartment has been a wonderful home for the last two years. We would probably stay if it had a garage. However, it has a great yard, is friendly and private, and has fantastic access to the CU open space. They do allow one pet under 30lbs after consultation with the owner.

Great Spot but Expensive w/ Absentee Owner

I love this apartment, however it is quite expensive, the owner is absentee, and sometimes the screaming children are out of control.
