Hoosier Choice Townhomes

Management company is a bit disorganized. The maintenance team is quick to respond and does great work but general management is slow at best. When I moved in my unit was absolutely filthy and the floor plan did not match what they sent me. Overall the living situation is okay but its far from campus, underwhelming and will get a little sketchy if the steak and shake is renovated/reopened.
