It serves its purpose.
This may be a good place for smaller families or young professionals—not so much for college students. It doesn't come with anything other than kitchen appliances and an alarm system. But it is newly renovated with a brand new AC and Heating furnace. The area is quiet and you have a yard. It serves its purpose.
