Great experience, no problems, friendly front office staff.

They refuse to allow you to see a copy of the lease until you get all utilities and bills in your name — which you can’t even do without a lease. Despite the outlines policies in their documents, they will make up random policies that controvert what the actual policies say in order for you to not get money back, or in order for you to owe them more money. The complex is frequently overflowing with trash. We have a roach, spider, ants, and house centipede infestation on a regular basis despite keeping the unit very clean. I should’ve known because on touring the model unit, there were dead roaches and spider webs across the stove and throughout the unit. Appliances do not work. Mold and mildew becomes an issue and management never fixes anything and instead ignores you. This is also not close to campus. Much better bang for the buck and overall experience at any of the known places unlike this random complex. If they have availability in the summer and beginning of the school year, that’s a sign to run! Even had a bed bugs issue. Neighbors are very loud and they do not pick up after their pets. Frequent speeding throughout the complex and it’s hard to sleep with how loud it is.

It was really hard to get them to send me the lease despite how I was approved, but once in I have had little issues. I had to install my own overhead lights and I generally avoid calling matainence, but pest control is always very responsive. If you are independent and not expecting to need to talk to management often you will be more than fine.
Pros: Did not raise rent from year one to two despite Costco opening within a two minute drive nearby. Near Target, Costco, Trader Joes and four grocery stores. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.
