Laidback Property Manager & Very Pet Friendly
I have lived at Athens Highlands Apartments for the last 2.5 years. The best thing about the apartments is that the closets are huge; the worst thing about them is that the walls are thin. Overall, I have no complaints. The property manager is truly a gem, she is quick to reply to messages and she will help you out when you need it (by waiving the late fee for rent while your waiting on your student loan to disperse). The apartment complex is also very pet friendly (there may be some breed restrictions but I do see pitties walking around) with a small dog park. Each apartment has washer and dryer hookup but you have to provide your own washer dryer. The complex is about a mile from the law school and there is a bus stop right outside of the complet.

Good price, great closets
I don’t have any complaints about Athens highlands. The property manager is very nice. I believe all units are 2 bed 1 bath. It’s a 5 minute drive to campus and very pet friendly.
