Amenities, quiet neighboorhood, safety, management, pet friendly

quiet and safe neighborhood, including a swimming pool, gym, hot tub, meeting room, and social room. 9 minutes drive to DU law, close to I-25 highway.

800 square feet as a spacious one-bedroom apartment with a $1400 reasonable price. concrete wall with no noise from neighbors, rent from the owner, and no extra management fee.
