Management is bad but they let in students at a cheap(er) cost than most other places.

No pets or smoking allowed.
Landlord is overwhelming at first but once you get to know her she's the best.
Only "utility" you pay is wifi/internet.

closet most likely not large enough so you should purchase a chest or external closet.
building has elevator access.
very safe clean and secure. safely can say one of the cleanest in boston. maintenance is amazing.

The landlord, Gina, is always very on top of things and she is usually on site at least five days/week. Safety is her #1 priority.
