99 Front Rating Explanation

The apartment is one block from the Law School making the walk to school feel safe and quick. It is right across from Main Street stores, restaurants and bars. The complex has a parking garage that does not have enough spaces for all residents but there is also a garage across the street you can use. The complex has a gym that is usable and an outside seating area for homework or relaxing. There are rent deals always going on and the community is very nice. Make sure to tour the specific apartment you want as some apartments have windows that only face alley walls.
