Best Value for Space and Location

* Feel lucky to have this spot! 2 bedrooms and an extraspacious floorplan. Don't think you could find this price anywhere else -- although next year the rent will go up to $1,034.

* Location is great. 7 minute walk to law school and kirkwood.

* Huge windows make for great natural light

* Best to be on 2nd or 3rd floor -- ground floor puts you on the same level as car headlights, which shine right into your apartment.

* Decor and appliances are nothing fancy -- quite outdated but the do the trick!

* Fairly safe, but my car has been broken into a 2-3 times (not breaking the windows, but somehow getting in the doors). No damages, but a few things have been taken from within. I told my landlord and they said there wasn't anything to do

* Management is responsive enough, though you have to be proactive yourself.

Great Place for the Cost and Location

My experience has been very positive. The location is excellent, around a 5 minute walk to the law school and slightly less to Kirkwood. The rent is about as cheap as I have heard anyone pay. The unit itself is nothing fancy, but it is still nice. Management is pretty responsive and nice. Depending on which building the unit is in, parking can be tight, but it is still much better than having to find street parking.

The only thing that is not great is how loud the pipes can be when people shower or flush the toilet in the unit or in the unit above.

Good place

Close to law school, great location overall. Great to have most utilities included (only pay for electric). Not super updated (carpet, old cabinets), but everything works fine. Good space in 2 bedroom XL. Love the big window.
