Great Place for Law Students
I have had a great experience with Burnham. They are very responsive and have fixed any maintenance issues within the same day. The management is friendly. Although it is a little expensive, the location cannot be beat.

Great management, quiet
The management is great, and they are in-building every weekday. They are a husband/wife pair, and I cannot speak enough good about them. Wifi is included, electricity and water are separate. Also, the apartment has good natural light through big windows! In addition, the apartment is a block from the law school and downtown area.

Excellent Housing
My apartment is extremely close to the law school. The property is well maintained. The management company is accommodating, easy to work with, responsive, and friendly.

Excellent Property for Law Students
Burnham Rentals is a great choice for graduate students. Many of the residents are law students so you are not surrounded by loud and rowdy undergrads who do not have the same level of responsibilities as law students. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, the buildings are only a 3 minute walk from the law school, and the Burnhams are fair and honest in how they run their apartments. While the apartments do not have fancy amenities, they are comfortable and very secure.
