Good house, good value
I enjoyed my time living here. It's a pretty big house especially for what we pay in rent. It's also nice living in a neighborhood because it is quiet and there's plenty of open space.

Good house
This house is a really nice space and easy to live in. We haven't had any major issues with the property and our landlady is very responsive. The ground floor is a big open space, good for three people. Backyard, garage, and extra half bathroom are icing.

Great and affordable home for students!
I loved living in this house the past two years! My roommates and I are all graduating third-year law students who have lived in this house for the past 2-3 years. It's close to the law school, affordable, spacious, homey, and more. The house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood filled with mostly other students and families. Our landlord is incredibly kind and always responds to our requests/concerns in a timely manner. We live very close to a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, parks, biking/walking paths, and shopping centers. A great place to live overall!
