Lived at this complex for over a year!
Overall, my wife and I have had a great experience at the Foundry Yards. The amenities are wonderful! However, at this time, the weight/workout facility is under construction due to a kitchen fire that occurred in an apartment above it. The pool is a great size, and it is always busy when the weather is warm! There is also a dog park. The management here hosts events for residents to attend, and everyone always has a good time. The parking garage is awesome. The first floor is public parking that non-residents can pay for to use. The second floor and above is fully gated for residents and operated by key-entry. Our mail room is spacious and we are notified of deliveries through ParcelPending. The downside of the package/mail room is that it is often cluttered due to the influx of deliveries. Maintenance requests are easy to request through the resident portal, and requests are promptly responded to! The complex is right off of the interstate. It is extremely close to UAB and within walking distance of Regions Field (amazing, if you like baseball). The management has changed during our time at the Foundry Yards, but overall they are pretty good!

Foundry Yards Review
I enjoy living here. It's close to Regions field, a few bars/restaurants, and railroad park. The management is active and are able to solve problems that arise relatively quickly.
