Great location - Dated Apartment
This is a fantastic place to live, just 2 blocks from Rittenhouse Square and some great restaurants and nightlife. The rent is exceptionally cheap for the area but the apartment is dated and being that it is a rowhome, there are few windows. It is 10 blocks from campus (almost exactly 1 mile) which takes about 15 minutes to walk (straight down Walnut street) if I stop for coffee. The walk is nice and the location gets me away from campus which is important for my sanity.
