Overall I’m very happy with the apartment. It looks really nice, uses space well and has new appliances. A security door code is needed to enter the building (can also buzz people in), and packages are left in the lobby area. There is no doorman as it is a relatively smaller building (5 floors), but overall I feel comfortable/safe here. Also it’s a short walk to Jefferson. Maintenance can take a long time if non-urgent though (I cannot comment on urgent requests as I have yet to have any).

Great location and modern style/layout. The building is newer so it has the features that I was primarily looking for such as in unit, laundry dryer, and a new kitchen with a gas stove. The walls are on the thinner side, so there are times where I will hear some movements of people in the hallway, but the noise has never disrupted me.

Very convenient for me to walk 2 blocks to Jefferson hospital where I work. I love the remodeled kitchen with a GAS stove. Having my own washer and dryer is also amazing feature of this little studio. Only drawbacks include being able to hear if your neighbors (only if they are having a party or get together) as well as noise from the street.
