My apartment is just okay, the rent is high for my expectations as an international student

Unit is fine, management sucks.

The apartment itself is fine, but the management company is truly atrocious. The building is made up of individually owned units that are managed by an HOA and management company, who are mean and vindictive. They have truly made my experience living here incredibly unpleasant.
