Review of 614 40th St.
Generally I love my apartment. It is large and has a reasonable rent. Repairs are done promptly and the neighbors are friendly. However, I have had an ongoing pest issue that seems like it will never be resolved. The apartment is also in Sunset Park, which is a bit far from campus (although I love the neighborhood). It is a 15 minute walk to the subway.
