The Andi

The Andi is in a great and convenient location. Within a minute walk you have access to Target, Stop and Shop, Starbucks, and many other shops and restaurants. The amenities are nice and it is only about a 20 minute walk to campus. There are also several bus lines that run through the shopping center which is nice. Also, the complex is very safe and secure.
However, the area can be a bit noisy sometimes. The weekends are the worst as the shopping center is usually busier than it is during the week. Another annoyance is that packages/deliveries are stolen sometimes.

Other than a lot of homeless nearby, it’s a great place to live. There’s lots of shops so great for students without a car. The bus picks up right down stairs and goes to the school. There’s a fish packing company across the street so it often smells like fish (yuck). Howeverrr there’s 2 gyms, multiple study spaces, and a pool!

I absolutely love my apartment. I live in an updated Studio apartment with 1 bathroom and a ton of amenities. My apartment is upgraded so it includes an in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, centralized A/C and heater, and 24/7 maintenance. I live around 10-15 away from New England Law, and around a 10 minute walk to Andrew Station for the T. Below me in the South Bay shopping center, there are a ton of restaurants and stores as well which include Wahlburger, AMC movie theatre, Ulta, Chipotle, and much more. My building also comes with an upgraded gym, a private parking garage, common areas with study rooms and pool tables, and 24/7 concierge.

I like the apartment complex and all the amenities. They have in unit washer and dryer which is a plus!

Its decent, cheap compared to the ones close to school and you get more for your money.

Quiet very secure lots of students and working people live here
