The Amelia Apartments--Quincy
Secure 10 floor building. Amazing views from top floor apartment. Big windows in bedrooms and floor to ceiling length windows in living room. Very spacious apartment and bathrooms, although the kitchen could have more counter space. Wooden floors in apartment, tiles in the bathroom and conveniently located in-apartment washer and dryer. Attentive management team, though not always the most organized and often need reminders for anything non-maintanence related. Packages accepted and kept in limited secure lockers or the overflow mail room with security camera. Convenient app to allow building access to visitors from the comfort of your apartment. Two elevators available at all times for use. Convenient location in Quincy Center and less than a five minute walk to the red line.
