Perfect in-between
The apartment is new, bright, and clean. There are 2 of us living here and we each have our own bathrooms and bedrooms, and the appliances, fixtures, and floors are all new/good as new. Situated in Manayunk/Roxborough, it is a nice in between in terms of city and suburban life. Commute to the law school takes about 30 minutes, give or take 10 depending on traffic. Only downside is the noise. The apt shares a building with a Go Puff and there are often employees in and out of the parking lot below 24/7. We are within walking distance from Main Street Manayunk, Planet Fitness, CVS, Wawa, and Shop Rite.
