It'll take time for the stuff to better

They have their issues, but it's new management for the building so it's been a learning curve for them and they have been attentive. I just think certain things could be better done like the pest control (i can put mouse traps down, why don't you look for the mouse and try to get rid of it or help me patch the places a mouse could get in). It is free pest control, but there's just small things that could be better.

The building is old and decrepit but the rent is cheap so they can get away with it

Excellent location for family with children

Best school district for children and very family oriented area. Radnor township school district.

Good - I would recommend

There is a pool in the back, laundry in the basement, and always available parking. It’s in an ideal location to the law school.
The unit is a little outdated but there is plenty of space for two people.
