Radcliff House Review
Great apartment complex that is conveniently located to campus

Close to Campus and Quiet
Radcliff House is conveniently located 5 minutes down the road from campus. Although it's a large complex, it's really quiet. Management is incredibly attentive and easily accessible. Plenty of Villanova Law students here!

Perfect for Studying and being close to campus!
The Radcliff House is perfect for a graduate student - the apartments are spacious and extremely quiet. Each unit has a balcony, which is nice, and it's easy to get in and out of the building. Some units have a washer and dryer, and there's also a communal laundry room as well. It's also a quick 6-minute drive to Villanova's campus. The high speed rail is also right next-door if you want to take it to campus. You can also take a 15-minute walk, and you'll be on Bryn Mawr's main street.
There are a couple of things that don't make this apartment building "excellent." It's an older building that can be creaky and loud with the heat in the winter. Additionally, the cost of the internet is high because the apartment complex operates it. Lastly, each apartment only gets one parking spot. (so if you have a two-bedroom and two cars - one car will have to be in the unassigned spot. However, I have never had a problem with my friends visiting me and finding a parking spot. I think it's safe to say that the pros definitely outweigh the cons, though, and it's a great place for graduate students.

Radcliff House
Radcliff House is very conveniently located. It's only a few blocks from campus, making it a short drive or walk. You can also walk across the street to catch the Villanova Off-Campus Shuttle at the Villas which are next door. There is also good access to grocery stores and restaurants in the Bryn Mawr, Wayne, and Ardmore areas, but it is not as busy as King of Prussia. There is a train on the high speed line (Roberts Road stop) that sits right behind the building, and it is also a few blocks away from both the Bryn Mawr and Rosemont stops.
The management is also very responsive to any maintenance requests. Everything is handled almost immediately. During times when there has been heavy snow, they ensure the sidewalks and parking lots are cleared quickly, even on weekends. I have never had any security concerns in the area.
My least favorite thing about the property is the cost, but I do feel like I get a good value for what I pay. My rent includes all utilities (and parking) except for electricity and internet, and I have an in-unit washer/dryer. My apartment is also very large at almost 1,000 square feet.
