Overall the property is pretty good however there tends to be a lot of trash on the ground and also the management (RWU housing) is not the best at responding and when they do they arent always helpful.

The property is in disrepair, the buildings are disgusting and not maintained properly. They hire messy crews that leave screws, debris, etc laying around and that do shoddy work (like, a child could paint a trim better than these "professionals") when they agree to a repair -- and you basically have to hound them to do it. The apartments are messy, moldy, full of foul old furniture, "carpet" and crap appliances. The apartments are dark, hardly any windows. The laundry facilities aren't maintained well and cost almost $2/cycle. There are weird, annoying rules they follow (you can't have curtains) but good ones they don't (working fire alarms, no alcohol/drugs in undergrad housing). Dumpsters overflow. The noise is bad. Literally have nothing good to say except that there are lots of cute animals running around on the property. And it's close to campus.

Convenient to campus, quiet.

Let’s start with the pros. It’s a one bed, one bath apartment and I don’t have a roommate. It’s down the road from campus, so my commute to school is not bad by any means. Downside? The lights don’t always turn on (it’s not a bulb issue), the floors creak SO MUCH, the paint job is a landlord special because it’s awfully done, and it has a weird smell. I also don’t think I should have to pay to use the washer/dryer.

They told me an exterminator will be coming to my apartment to spray, but they have yet to stop by.
And the rugs in my apartment are disgusting and dirty.

Overall my experience has been positive. In my building, it is quiet since it is only graduate and law students. Laundry is on the first floor. There is plenty of parking and there is a shuttle to school since it is run by RWU. The apartment is spacious with an updated kitchen and bathroom.

This has been a great place to live. We haven't had any major issues with maintenance things, such as heating or plumbing. As a graduate student living in the same area as the undergrads, it can get loud at times (especially late on the weekends). The only issues I have run into are getting emails concerning housing that don't apply to me, as they are for the undergrads. Also, we have a lot of little gnats/flies around and no matter what I have tried to do they won't go away. I have heard that that is an issue other residents have run into as well.

This was the best thing that could of happened. I am a student with a SAS cat that does not have the money to fund an apartment or home with my cat. I was so thankful that RWU let me have my cat because I looked for months and I could not afford a place that would allow my cat and also some places would not. I am hoping (praying) that I am reside here for my 2023-2024 year. I wouldn't have been able to be in this program without this housing. Life saver.
