Cosmopolitan

I have liked living at the cosmopolitan. The only complaint I have is the homeless nearby. Usually not an issue but I live on Denver St. on the ground floor.

Cosmo

Feels very safe and has nice amenities! I've lived here for 1 and 1/2 years and during that time the management changed and the current management can be difficult to get ahold of but maintenance is always very timely and easy to get ahold of! I also have a dog and do wish they had a dog park or designated dog area as it can be a little sketch taking him out late at night but its right next to the river so walking trails are incredible! Most of the residents are also young adults and many are law students or med students.
