Clean but some package theft, quiet area. Affordable for the area and bedroom size.

Clean, Quiet
Only concern is rent is rising rapidly year over year; there are no amenities. Old fashioned building, street parking required. Capital Hill parking is a nightmare, so drivers be warned.
