Decent, could be better!
This place is so close to school, food, the hospitals, etc. and generally I feel safe. However, there are no benefits to living here like in unit laundry or a gym. There is barely an outside space and only 1 washer and 1 dryer (old coin operated) for the entire building. You are paying a lot for just the room you live in. Live in management is lovely though, and she tries her best.
