Nice Apartment close to Edgewood Hospital
Overall, my experience at Grandview Summit has been positive. However, it is listed as a "luxury" apartment but I would not say it meets those standards. I think it meets general expectations for an apartment complex. Maintenance is great, quick to respond and fix things. They also do a nice job of keeping the property clean, as well as the pool. However, I feel that they hire out cheap contractors. For example, they replaced the front doors of every building but it was poorly done and they had to hire different people to fix them. You can definitely tell corners are cut by looking at some of the things in the apartment (ie. paint job, carpet tacks, installment of some amenities). The gym is not ideal. Some of the machines do not work. Its okay for a small workout. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly.

Nice Apartment close to Edgewood Hospital
This is a nice apartment complex that is close to Edgewood Hospital and many medical office buildings. The complex is marketed as a luxury apartment, which basically just means it has some updated amenities like the newer kitchen and vinyl floors. Otherwise, its completely average compared to other places I have lived. Our HVAC unit has broken twice in the past 3mo, so some of the utilities are on the older site. There response time was slow the first time, quicker the second time. There is an average apartment gym in the clubhouse and usually we can get 1/2 of the outdoor grills to work. The location is the best part, with it being less than 5min from Edgewood Hospital and 10-15min from NKU. Overall, I feel that the apartment is overpriced for the average amenities, but it is a nice community with easy access to clinical sites for medical school.

Tenant
We like living at Grandview Summit. It is very close to St. Elizabeth - EDG, which is why we chose this apartment complex. There are a lot of young couples and young families in the apartment complex. It feels safe and the complex is nice to walk around, we go on a walk every day. The management is very responsive and easy to work with.

Good place to live, a little expensive
I enjoy living in this apartment complex. The people who live and work there are really nice. My partner and I don't really use the amenities so it is more expensive than I would like for just the apartment. However, with all of the amenities that are available, it is a good price. Maintenance is very good with responding to requests in good time. I have not had any issues with anyone that works for the company.
