Highland Ridge

My experience at this apartment has been overall great! The maintenance staff is wonderful and are quick to fix anything I need, the office staff is incredibly kind, and the location is amazing. I have such friendly neighbors, but I will say that it houses many undergraduate students. I live on the 2nd floor (of 3 floors) and my upstairs neighbors have consistently been incredibly loud. I have had two different sets of upstairs neighbors since I have moved in and still the problem persists. They are undergraduate students. I know some other people who live at the complex who have had incredibly similar experiences.

It’s nearby campus & simple

I’ve had a great experience at my apartment. Maintenance has been great and it’s right next to NKU which was helpful for the first two years of school.

The location of the apartment is great! However, management is a little disorganized, the apartments smell like cigarettes for awhile, and the pool is only open 50% of the time. I would recommend Hampton farms if you are willing to splurge! But highland ridge does the job well enough.

Overall, the apartment is great! Nothing majorly wrong about my apartment or the property in general. They do allow pets (with an added fee), and the staff are really nice. I have access to a small gym, and a pool in the summer! I also have a dog park and a beach volleyball court (although it is a little overgrown right now). This is my first apartment and I couldn't ask for anything better!
