Elevation Apartment Homes

The apartments themselves are new so they are pretty on the surface but cheaply made and the walls are thin. A lot of neighbors are inconsiderate and parking is really tough after 7 pm.

The apartments look really nice and have brand new appliances, fixtures, etc. They are newly built and just overall really cheap. The walls are super thin to the point where I can here normal volume conversations of my upstairs neighbors and even when they are using their microwave. I am not sure why, but they are also incredibly humid inside even with AC on. My clothes in my closet and my couch started to become damp. I reached out to management and they said that the AC was working fine and stopped responding to me about it after that. I ended up buying a dehumidifier which reads the current humidity level which was 70-80% inside my apartment. It came down after having the dehumidifier on for about a week straight. Overall it seems like they just keep building more apartment buildings that are cheap and quick, so would not recommend.

I moved in three months ago and the unit itself is great! It was a brand new unit so we are the first renters to live in it. My only two downfalls to elevation are it’s a little bit further down 27 than I’d like and the dog park is still not finished, despite being told it would be finished by the time we moved in three months ago.

It is new and modern but expensive for the average medical student. It is also still under construction.
