Great place to live

I love living in Loft II. The building is great and the neighbors are great. The property is reaching 20 years old, but the building is in the middle of a renovation. The renovation has caused a few issues, but overall, I happily accept the inconvenience because I plan to live there for the next 4 years.
The staff at the property and the management company are great. I really enjoy living here.

Good with the price, but some issues

I love the downtown location! Move in/move out has been difficult, lots of apartment rules for reserving elevator and coordinating mover access. Getting access to the building for repairs or maintenance is similarly difficult with apartment rules. Very easy to walk to Bayfront Park and get to the bridge to South Beach. Construction has been ongoing for about 5 months but a new roof pool is expected to open in March 2023. Great access to the metro-mover and very easy to get to the metro-rail.
