Great Location and Price for Miami

I like the location and the price as I only pay net $1650 with all utilities included (water, internet, electricity, etc). The unlimited metro pass is $55/month, includes unlimited bus, metrorail and metromover. I dont have a car so it is very helpful to be in the downtown of the city.

Housing review

While the apartment and building are nice, I feel it was a quick build and many things are cheap. The floors buckle and lift, the A/C doesn't reach my room well, my room has no windows, elevators are always broken, parking garage is super tight and dangerous, and walls are super thin. When I moved rent was super cheap but a few months before my renewal they raised my rent by $300. While it is now high, I unfortunately at the time couldn't find anything open and cheaper so I stayed. The people working in the building are nice and helpful but many things are out of their control. However, overall it is a nice place for the time being.
