Decent place to live
This is a decent apartment complex. It's about 20 minutes from campus, and is very close to a Safeway, a Costco, and a shopping center that includes a Target, Petco, Kohl's, Sprouts, Office Depot, and several other stores. Rent quoted includes uncovered parking and fees for 2 pets (pet fee is $25 each for a max of 2 pets); covered parking is extra. Property is reasonably well maintained and appliances work; if appliances break they are replaced promptly. Neighborhood is ok. Gym is very small but convenient. The front office isn't super responsive if issues arise over the weekend. It's also about a 20-minute walk to the nearest bus station, so it's better if you have a car.

Good apartment, good location
Pet friendly and very close to Safeway, Target, Petco, VCA Animal Hospital, dentist and doctor offices, and Costco. Also has a decent gym with no extra cost - no free weights but a good selection of dumbbells and kettlebells, treadmills, exercise bikes, and several weight machines. Uncovered parking is included with rent, covered parking is extra. My unit has in-unit washer and dryer, which is GREAT to have. Most apartments have a balcony or porch which is nice as well.
Pet rent is $25 per animal per month, with a 2-animal maximum. The apartment's dog park is very small and frankly would only be good for a toy-sized dog, but it's only a 15 minute drive from the excellent Cherry Creek Dog Off-Leash Area, and the neighborhood is good for walking a dog. The apartment is also within a mile or two of the High Line Canal Trail, which links up to the larger Denver metro trail network, so if you are a distance runner or a trail biker it's very convenient. The trail is well-maintained and easy to run or bike on.

Apres Review
Excellent apartment complex. Great management and great for pet owners. While I enjoy living here I do wish it was closer to campus. Unfortunately though, there are very few apartments that meet certain requirements in terms of space for myself and my large dog that are both closer to campus and affordable.
