New, modern apartment with some noise and delivery issues.
It's new and the gym is free, which is good. However, sound-proof is pretty bad as I hear noise from next door's, upstairs, and from the pool deck. The front door also caused issues with some delivery because they don't seem to have the passcode to enter.

The building is new but it is close to the metro. So it may be noisy in the night. But there is a shuttle around there so it is easy to go to school

Great overall
The apartment overall has been excellent. The units themselves are very nice, albeit small. Apartment amenities include a pool in the south building, a gym, pool table, free coffee, and lounge spaces. There is also a grocery store on the first floor slated to open soon. Management has generally been responsive.
On the downside, the units are pricy and don’t include utilities. Additionally, the acoustics of the building allow for lots of footsteps to be heard.
