Ok for the resident but better for a private equity firm trying to fluff up their portfolio

In general, it’s fine, but not worth $1000 a month ($1134 with parking and some other stuff). The community is small and nice and relatively well situated in a quiet place (minus the Fort Worth Cycle Party launch point across the vacant lot). But the amenities are pretty cheap: plastic standing-only shower basin, faux-wood cabinets, linoleum flooring, thin-wire shelving, low-tier washer/ dryer.

And there are interesting quirks to the amenities: the HVAC unit is way up high to the ceiling such that you need a ladder or a precarious stack of furniture to get up there to replace the filter, the bar for the shower curtain is a few inches too high for almost all shower curtains, the bar is curved out beyond the border of the shower basin, and the window blinds don’t actually flip all the way such that they block the view from the outside.

Good location

Great if you’re living alone. Super close to the law school, and every unit comes semi-furnished with an ‘Ori’ moving wall that deploys a bed on one side, with room for a couch on the other. Safe neighborhood, overall good experience.

Coho Apartments

This complex is within a 5 minute drive to school and is within walking distance to many local coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. It is a very quiet area with relatively low traffic. The only downside is that parking is not included and there is no secure parking that is included. Also apartments are very very small but still nice.
