It's ok

It's a decent price for a 2 bed, 1 bath in Columbia but otherwise is just ok. Management is making strides towards improvements, but not in a timely manner. The apartment itself is newly remodeled and looks nice.

Pretty Nice

It is a nice apartment that isn't too expensive. Units are updated with new appliances and carpeting. Laundry room is ok, just needs new flooring. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to stores nearby. The only downside is that management isn't super responsive unless it's an emergency. A maintenance request that I put in took a couple weeks to be addressed.
