Older Apartment with Great Location
This apartment is older and does lack some modern accomodations and amenities. The amount of space the apartment offers is great and even comes with a bonus space that I use as an office. There is on-site laundry and free parking. The proximity to the medical campus is decent and you do have quick access to the beach and several parks.

Quiet, great sized apartment
My apartment provides great space for 2 cats and me. There is even a bonus space that I use as an office which is great for being enrolled as a student. The building I live in has cameras and a locked gate. The building is slightly outdated but my kitchen and bathroom have been updated!
