Amazing location, got a bad landlord!
Each unit has a separate owner/landlord, and we got stuck with a horrific one. We had no air conditioning for over a month. The communication between landlord, property manager, and maintenance along with us is horrific. Place was not well maintained when we arrived but luckily my roommate is handy and we were able to fix things up. Walls are INCREDIBLY thin and we were also unlucky to get a loud and discourteous neighbor on one side. With a different landlord, could have seen myself there all three years of law school!
