Great choice for law school students

Great location - close to the law school. The nice rooftop is a plus.

Butler Hall

Butler is a great building and people working there are very nice and helpful. Marco (superintendent) is kind and always responds immediately. The only time I had trouble with the refrigerator, they replaced it with a provisional one the same day -in less than an hour- and then bought a new one. I am very happy with the place.

Very pricy but very nice

Butler Hall is a very nice apartment building, with a very nice rooftop/common area sand 24/7 reception. The rent is insanely high, but the quality of the accommodation makes up for it.

Great housing

I really like the residence and studio in which I live. Regarding the residence, the people are nice and ready to help whenever needed. The studio looks new and is well equipped. I also have the chance to get a cleaning lady coming once a week as it is comprised in my rent.

Pricey but good studio

The studio is nice and fully furnished but is very expensive. That being said, being close to the law school is very important and adds a lot of quality of life to your day to day Columbia experience.
