I have heard other apartment units have cockroaches but in the two years i have lived there have never seen any

Great Location, but Pricey

Great location, but the building common spaces are constantly under construction with no definite timeline for the construction to be finished. Rent is increasing significantly each yearly renewal with little to no added value. Building is very pet friendly and accepts almost all dog breeds.
